Plakaki Beach is located 2.5 km west of Paleochora. It is a beautiful beach with pebbles and crystal clear waters. The beach is well protected from the winds and is known for its calm waters. It is not organized and the only protection from the sun is provided by the scattered rocks next to the beach. The beach is relatively secluded, and as a result it is also popular for nudists.
